Well last week's training taught me that I am tired. I was exhausted because of work requirements I have had to switch my normal routine to one that requires me to train at a different time. What a difference that made and add to it was a run week. Of the three sports running tends to be the most challenging one for me. The biggest message I can provided from training is to keep going even when u don't fell like it. Move your feelings to the side and focus on your outcome let the other things fall to the side because you should be focused on what your result is not getting lost in the details.
